If you haven't had a chance to register yet, you only have a few days left! Make sure to call the alumni office or register online. There are 96 people signed up... we hope to see you there!

How Do I Register?

There are a couple different options:

1) Register Online- http://www.bethel.edu/alumni/homecoming/09/registration/index
(*leave the quantity as 1 on the first page, you will have a chance to add your number of guests at a later point)

2) You will be receiving a BU Homecoming Flier in the mail shortly. On the back page, you will see a registration form that can be mailed in to the alumni office.

3) You can call the Alumni Office directly at 651-638-6462, Monday-Friday 8-4:30pm CST

September 25th is just around the corner- don't delay!

WHAT IS THE MEMORY BOOK?

Your questions have been heard... The memory book is a compilation of information from our classmates with their contact information, favorite Bethel memories and any sort of tid bits they want to share about their life since graduation. The memory book is completely separate from the Harris Directory project! This is purely for the enjoyment of our class to see what people have been up to. If you haven’t filled out a form, we have extended the deadline to August 15th. All you need to do is follow this link - http://www.bethel.edu/alumni/homecoming/09/reunions/index and click on ‘Memory Book Form.’ As part of the $5 admission fee for dinner and the program, each classmate will also receive a free memory book. If you aren’t able to make the reunion, you can also purchase a copy of the memory book for $5.

Sneak Preview

In the past, reunions have been held in the old 'DC' or the gymnasium. Those alumni might have walked away thankful that they are no longer on a meal plan. As you may have heard, we are the first class reunion to experience the brand new Brushaber Commons. It will not disappoint! Here's a glimpse of what you'll see...

Don't forget... Memory Book Forms are due by July 31st. Each person can submit one page into the book to tell us what you've been up to and your favorite Bethel memories. Each classmate will get a free book at the reunion as part of the $5 admission fee.

We just lost two volunteers, and could use the extra help! We just need volunteers to call the alumni and remind them about the reunion. It will be from 6 pm - 10 pm tonight at Bethel.

Your Phone Will Be Ringing!

Expect a phone call from a fellow Bethel alumni on Wednesday, July 15th. We have a group of alumni volunteers who will be putting in an evening of mass phone calling to remind everyone of the upcoming reunion!

If you would like to participate in this fun filled phone night, please comment below and let us know. We are still in need of a few volunteers and would love the help!

Memory Book Form

Have you submitted your memory book form for our reunion? You should have received this form in the mail, but if you need another copy or would like to submit your form online, check out the alumni website. Forms must be submitted by July 31st in order to be included in the memory book. Please take a few minutes and let our classmates know your favorite Bethel memories and what you've been doing since graduation!

We will be having a photo slideshow at the reunion with pictures from our college days and we need your help. This is your chance to reminisce of your favorite memories from Bethel, laugh about the crazy things you did and maybe even embarrass one of your old roommates. Hi everyone!
I am writing you on behalf of our 2004 class reunion committee. We need your help! There are a few areas that we would love for peoples input, and/or help. Below are ways you can help make our 5 year reunion a success:

1) Getting the word out.

This is and will continue to be our biggest challenge. Please consider helping us by connecting with friends, former roommates and acquaintances. 2) Resources

We are looking for any connections with regards to decorations, prize donations, etc. We’d like to make our reunion very fun and interactive. In addition, if you have any old photos or videos you’d like to highlight, we will be incorporating them into the evening. Any and all items you can find or be willing to lend for the evening would be great!

3) Ideas

We are looking for ideas for things you would like to see at the reunion, or any previous staff members at Bethel that we could invite. There were so many staff members at Bethel that played important roles in our lives while there, and we would like to know who those people were. The more ideas the better chance we have in creating a wonderful experience for you.

Bethel Class of 2004!

Believe it or not, it has been five years since graduating Bethel. That means it's time to celebrate our life accomplishments and journeys. On Friday, September 25th our class reunion will be held in the new Brushaber Commons. It will be a chance for you to reconnect with fellow classmates, take a walk down memory lane and see how the campus has changed. The evening will include dinner, fellowship time and a special program emceed by Dave Berggren and Dan Meyer. You won’t want to miss it!
